TerraVest Industries Inc. manufactures and sells industrial products and services primarily to agriculture, energy, utilities, mining, and chemical sectors. The company offers home heating and cooling products including boilers, furnaces, and refined fuel tanks; containment equipment such as commercial and residential steel storage tanks, wastewater treatment systems, and grease interceptors; compressed gas storage and distribution equipment encompassing propane bobtails, transport trailers, cylinder trucks, dispensers, transloaders, and bulk storage vessels for anhydrous ammonia, natural gas liquids, and other compressed gases; energy processing equipment for oil and gas applications; fiberglass-reinforced plastic storage tanks; and services to the energy sector in Western Canada. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Vegreville, Alberta, Canada, TerraVest operates manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, including brands such as TerraVest Tanks, Mississippi Tank Company, Signature Truck Systems, Pro-Par, and Maxfield. In March 2025, TerraVest acquired Engineered Transportation International (EnTrans), a leading North American manufacturer of tank trailers under brands including Heil Trailer, Polar Tank Trailer, Kalyn Siebert, and Jarco, for $546 million plus up to $46 million in contingent consideration, marking its largest acquisition to date and strengthening its position in specialty transportation. Additional recent developments include the May 2025 acquisitions of Tankcon FRP Inc., a fiberglass tank manufacturer; Simplex Inc.; Aureus Energy Services Inc.'s Canadian assets in January 2025; and Advance Engineered Products in April 2024, alongside a $279 million bought deal equity offering closed in May 2025 and an amended credit facility to support expansion.
